Experience:
Appropriate practical experience in BAS, LOGIS & CLINICOM.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Capturing of receipts on BAS. Deposit of state monies/Banking of state monies. Compiling and capturing of journals and clearing of Inter and Medscheme accounts. Issuing and reconciliation of Petty Cash monthly. Filing, general administrative duties and relieving of finance clerk. Handling of face value forms.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Knowledge of BAS/LOGIS/CLINICOM systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail)).

Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
