Appropriate experience in an Administration environment. |

|
Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (MS Word and Excel). Good interpersonal relations, communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of administration. Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), National and Provincial Treasury Regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Registration of losses on the Central Loss Control System. Ensure that Central Loss Control numbers are send to Institutions after registration. Maintain /Update Central Loss Control register with relevant Central Loss Control number when received via post. Ensure the correct recording of all thefts and losses on the Loss Control system. Inform Institutions with the Central Loss Control. Safe keeping and filing of all documents. Monthly /quarterly reporting. Reporting to Institutions when required. Keep spreadsheet of all documentation received from the Institutions in respect of write-offs. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
