Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and effectively within a team. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and care under pressure. Knowledge of clinicom.
 
Experience:
Appropriate registry and record management experience.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Ensure registry and messenger service run effectively and smoothly. Record file movement on clinicom. File document in the applicable files neatly. Draw files, loaning and returning of folders. Distribution and franking of mails.

Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Willingness to work shifts. Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
