Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to work independently. Well-developed writing and editing skills in English, Afrikaans or Xhosa. Strong interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Requirements
An appropriate 3 - year National Diploma/Degree in Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Internal or Corporate Communication related working environment or field.
 
Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Implement the Department’s Internal Communications strategy. Develop internal communication plans for internal audience or activity. Internal communications brand alignment. Render support function to the Head Office-team in executing internal communications projects as needed on various internal platforms. Develop internal communications material, including copy writing and creative. Generate content applicable for internal use / or as required per internal stakeholders.

Remuneration:
R 316 791 - R 373 167 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
