Experience:
Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management.
 
Requirements
Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Knowledge, training and skills of the PERSAL system (the operation thereof). Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of PGWC filing system, postal procedures and regulations.

Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Perform all administrative duties pertaining to the personnel administration of EPWP Interns e.g. appointments, resignations, stipend administration and Recruitment and Selection. Assist staff, supervisor, management and members of the Public with regard to EPWP related matters. Maintain an effective registry service for the component and perform registry duties e.g. filling of HR related documents, receipt, opening and sending of post. Support to the people practices component with HR related processes.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
