Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good computer (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and numeracy skills. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the Human Resource prescripts in the Public Service. |

Perform all administrative duties pertaining to personnel administration, e.g. appointments, resignations, transfers, pension administration, salary administration, leave, housing, injury on duty, distribution of payslips, debt management. Responsible for correct capturing of transactions on PERSAL. Assist staff, supervisors, and management with regards to all Human Resources and Personnel matters. Audit all personnel files and handling of personnel enquiries. Recruitment and Selection functions. Effective support service to supervisor and colleagues. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
