Appropriate experience in Hospital fees, Patient Administration, Debt, Support Services and Information Management. |

|
Good communications skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge of Uniform Patient Fee Schedule (UPFS), Hospital Fees Memorandum Chapter 18 and Hospital Management Systems (Account Receivable System, Clinicom, BAS, LOGIS). The ability to handle information confidentially. Knowledge of Budgeting, PFMA, Treasury and Finance Instructions. |

Manage and supervise Admissions, Reception office, Cashier and Fees department. Management of income, cash, banking state monies and face value forms. (Cash Management). Monitor, authorise payment transaction and journals of hospital accounts (BAS and Clinicom). Manage Information Management and submit statistics to management and sub-district office timeously for all the Uniondale Facilities. Supervise and training of employees at Admissions, Fees, Support Service and Revenue and ordering of stores stock. Coordinate the operations of the Support Service and management of the Service providers in the Uniondale Area. |

Remuneration:
|
R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer`s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
