Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management (1 Year Contract) (8 posts)

Requirement:
Senior certificate (or equivalent).
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to collate, verify data, work accurately and methodically. Good interpersonal and organisational skills. Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Knowledge of administrative and/or support duties in a store/warehouse.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in office administration and rendering support services in a store or warehouse. Appropriate experience in handling stock in a store/warehouse environment.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Render an effective and efficient administrative support service in the Western Cape Health Warehouse. Render effective and efficient Warehouse related support functions. Keeping abreast and record relevant and Departmental prescripts/policies and procedures.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
