Responsible for demand management and acquisition management: demand management plan, needs analysis, procurement activities for goods and services in Stellenbosch sub-district. Perform duties related to IPS processes, invite quotations for goods and services, evaluation and adjudication on system, Pre-pare bidding templates and relevant documentation to present at Quotation Evaluation Committee. Perform tasks related to procurement processes, i.e. capturing on LOGIS system, assistance with specification compilation, and maintain 0-9 files and follow-up with suppliers on outstanding goods. Assisting with effective Asset Management: Maintain a credible and effective asset register, manage asset movement, counting and bar-coding, Undertake Interim and Annual Financial asset counts, reporting of losses, theft, shortages and surpluses; Ensure disposals of assets in line with SCM policies and procedures. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

|

Remuneration:
