Administration Clerk: Information Management (2 posts)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Information Management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Knowledge and experience in departmental systems, i.e. Health Information Systems, Ideal clinic, Sinjani etc. Understand the Ditcom process and must have Training skills. Fluent in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Data Collection, Collation, Capturing and Reporting. Perform administrative role as a member of the Information Management team. Office administration (filing process, telephone and letters etc). Assist with data management quality monitoring. Interpret and analyse data trends and Maintain data retrieval efficiency. Participate in health information co-ordinating activities.

Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
