Administrative Officer: Human Resource Management Recruitment and Selection (Talent Sourcing)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in recruitment and selection. Appropriate experience in Salary/ Benefits Administration.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Working knowledge of PERSAL. Knowledge of and application of applicable human resource policies. Computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Word). Ability to work independently.
 
Requirement:
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Manage Personnel Provisioning (establishment amendments and monitoring). Render an effective Recruitment and selection function. Support to supervisor. Render an effective Personnel Administration function (PERSAL).

Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
