ADMINISTRATION CLERK: NURSING SUPPORT

Experience:
Appropriate experience in the provision of administration services.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good interpersonal communication skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and as part of a team. Ability to communicate in at least 2 of the 3 official languages of the Wstern Cape. Knowledge of human resource management, labour legislation and the nursing agency tender process. Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.

Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Provide an effective nursing administrative service. Effective utilization of Human and Financial Resources to assist in achieving the objectives of the unit. Delivering effective support to the Nursing Department as well as to other departments/ modules on a relief basis.
 
Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
163563-192666 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
