Appropriate experience in Human Resource Development and Training (HRD&T). |
|
|
Assist with skills audit and administer training and development programmes. Provide Secretarial service to HRD&T, Institutional Management and Labour Committee (IMLC). Ensure all data pertaining to training interventions is captured on a register. Assist with co-ordination and submission of Study leave and bursary applications. Assist with the co-ordination of the Youth Development programme which includes Forensic Pathology Assistants, Mortuary Assistants and Admin Interns/Graduate Interns. Provide relief duties to other HR staff members. Support to Supervisor and People Management component. |
