Appropriate administrative experience in Hospital Support Services. |

Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Responsible for administrative support (including stats and minute keeping) within the Support Service department. Assist with contract management duties and keeping of databases to ensure proper contract management compliance. Supervision of Messenger. Manage Hospital Registry functions (maintain a record system, all postal related duties. safekeeping of all records in the registry, open/sorting and circulate postal mail, franking services etc). Deal with written and or telephonic queries or enquiries regarding telephone system. Managing and monitoring of all hospital telephone accounts. Act as a relief for switchboard operator. Responsible for the making and distribution of photocopies. Capturing of LOG 1 documents on LOGIS. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
