Administration Clerk: Support

Experience:
Appropriate experience in office administration, financial and procurement administration. Appropriate clerical experience.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
General office administration e.g. typing of reports, general correspondence etc. Faxing and photocopying of documents. Stock Control. Reception duties. Handling of telephonic enquiries. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and keeping of minutes.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Computer Literacy, with experience in using MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
