Knowledge of working on PHCIS, Sinjani and Tier.net. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Presentation skills. Good written and communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Appropriate knowledge of Health Information Management processes. |

The effective and efficient rendering of clientele and telephonic service in the clinic/health facility: Ensure positive patient experience; Ensure an effective patient recording; Effective patient referrals to all levels of care; Effective and efficient communication service within the facility. Effective and efficient administrative support to personnel and facility manager: Ensure that all Administrative tasks are completed timeously; Making of Appointments; Ensure a clean working area; Assist with capacity building of staff / skills transfer. Collection and Capturing of data: Responsible for Data Capturing Responsible for information management in the clinic, Effective system administration. Assistance with Meetings at Facility level: Provide support and input at meetings. Adheres to loyal services and ethics: Loyal incumbent whose an asset to institution. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
