Appropriate experience in secretarial, patient and office administration. |

Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge in administration practices and Proficiency in data management. Computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, MS Access) and typing proficiency. Proficiency in Clinicom and submission of bulk sms’. |

Provide admin and secretarial support services to the division, including patient administration. Type documents, reports, correspondence and manage walk-in and telephonic queries. Manage, co-ordinate and communicate appointments for patients attending Endocrine Clinics. Effective office management and reception services. Data entry and maintain electronic databases for timeous submission of statistical data. Telephone management, including handling compliments and complaints. Co-ordinate and manage busy outpatient Endocrine Clinics. |

Relieve and other related duties. Willingness to undergo development courses. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
