Experience:
Appropriate Secretarial and/or Office Administration experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Computer literacy and Nursing Information Management System (NIMS). Good language and minute-taking skills. Good organisational and interpersonal communication skills. Good conflict management skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to execute duties accurately and thoroughly. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Requirements
Grade 12/Senior Certificate
 
Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Provide effective secretarial and administrative services. Perform reception duties, including dealing with staff, patients and visitors (telephonic and walk-in). Create, register and maintain stats databases for compilation of monthly reports. Administration of continuous quality improvement and innovation projects. Type documents, reports and correspondence. Effective records and project management. Effective meeting management (minute-taking and logistical arrangements). Effective use of resources and consumables. Relief and other related duties.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
163563-192666 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
