Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Computer skills (MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Good organizational skills. Good verbal and written skills. Ability to write and communicate in two of the official Western Cape languages. Knowledge and experience in minute taking and writing. Knowledge and experience in sourcing venues, preparing learner handouts.
 
Experience:
Experience in training administration, PERSAL capturing, stakeholder engagement, record keeping and reporting, standard admin functions and administration of training invitations and applications.
 
Requirements
Grade 12/Senior Certificate.

Note:

Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Provide administrative support services with respect to clinical training. Assist with support services with respect to the monitoring and evaluation of Clinical Training. Provide support services to District training units and programme managers. Provide general administration support.
 
Inherent requirement of the job
Willingness to travel.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 163 563 - R 192 666 Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
