Comprehensive and effective administration support to the Quality Assurance Manager and with quality assurance related activities. Assist with all administrative tasks relevant to Quality Assurance registers, documents, data and reports; including the capturing of data on systems. Assist with administrative arrangements for compliance audits, planned visits and surveys. Support with resolution of minor complaints or queries as delegated by Quality Assurance Manager. Support with communication of relevant information to appropriate stakeholders. |

Excellent writing and grammatical skills, such as editing and formulating of documents as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Excellent computer skills in (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Ability to function independently with confidence and the ability to function as part of a team. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
