Competencies (knowledge/skills)
A working knowledge of the regulatory process and applicable generic administrative procedures. Administration skills and experience. Knowledge and experience in supply chain management processes. Knowledge of contract management and administration. Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Forms, SharePoint and Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy. Good typing skills.
 
Experience:
Appropriate administrative experience.
 
Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Assist and support the office with the administration function of the Sub-directorate. Assist and support the office with the secretariat function of the Sub-directorate. Maintain and update of the Sub-directorate’s database. Liaise with Health Facilities and stakeholders regarding Sub-directorate functions.

Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 163 563 - R192 666 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
