Good interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Ability to work accurately and work under pressure. Excellent organisation, planning and co-ordinating skills. Ability to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to use own initiative and work independently. |

Senior Certificate with Typing or Computyping or Computer Applications Technology as major |

Typing of notices, correspondence, official documentation, student manuels, lecturers, lecture Recording/taking and drawing up of Agendas and Minutes for forthcoming meetings. Handling of all students queries regarding academic records and clinical performance. Issue of quarterly report to HOD of all student quotas, rankings and marks. Required to perform ad-hoc duties at Mitchells Plain, Oral Health Centre. Manage diary, calls, invitations and queries of the HOD. Record keeping of student marks in order to compile annual / promotion marks. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
