Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Financial Management, Supply Chain and LOGIS.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective Management of the Transit Area. Capturing of receipts/vouchers. Effective stock control and daily reporting. Maintain O-9 files and follow-up with Suppliers on outstanding store stock and buy-outs. Prepare batches for payment to the finance section. Relief duties and support to supervisor.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Knowledge and practical experience of the LOGIS System or related systems. Computer literacy (MS, Excel and Word). Sound knowledge of PFMA, National and Provincial Treasury Instructions and AOS. Good verbal and oral communication. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Knowledge of LOGIS system or related systems. Willingness to travel and work overtime when required. Ability to work accurately with figures.

Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
