Appropriate knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resource Management in the Public Service with the emphasis on all aspects of personnel and salary administration. Appropriate knowledge and experience of functionality of the personnel and salary administration system (PERSAL). |

Assist with the administration and management of PERSAL Access Security Control as well as the creation of system generated ID’s. Assist with the management and administration of System Change Control (SCC’s) requests. Provide effective and efficient typing support services on an Ad-hoc basis. Render an effective and efficient Personnel Administrative function for Head Office. Ensure effective and efficient Pay Sheet control at Head Office. Optimal support to supervisor. |

Knowledge and experience in all aspects of personnel administration. Ability to function under pressure and independently and handle high work volumes with strict deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective presentation of policies as well as report writing. Practical computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the PERSAL system. Sound knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, and Collective Agreements regarding the above mentioned. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
