Appropriate experience or secretarial experience in a health care institution. |
|
|
Ensure an effective and efficient office administration and management within the Palliative Care office. Deliver an effective and efficient office administration and reception services to the Manager and affiliated support services. Manage and maintain an effective and efficient Nursing data filing and recordkeeping services. Ensure effective and efficient communication which includes provision of accurate/effective typing and data capturing. Draft routine correspondence, capture statistical data, submissions of reports, manage internal and external posts and file documents according to the organised filing system. Provide support to Nursing management and assist with queries. Meet deadlines and remain updated regarding relevant prescripts, policies and procedures applicable to the work. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
