Appropriate/ recognisable secretarial and or Office Administration experience. |

Excellent typing skills, minute taking skills and Computer literacy in MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) (proof of training must be attached). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good planning, organisational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Nursing information Management System (NIMS). Ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills (verbally and written) in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape. |

Provide effective and efficient secretarial support and administrative service to Nursing. Manage the diary of the Nursing Manager. Effective meeting management (minute-taking and logistical arrangements). Provide accurate / effective typing and data capturing. Draft routine correspondence, submission and reports. Manage internal and external posts and file documents according to the organised filling system. Provide clerical support to Nursing Management for recruitment, selection and retainment and timeous submission of documents to People management. Meet deadlines and remain updated regarding relevant policies and procedures applicable to the work. Create, register and maintain stats database for compilation of monthly reports. Willingness to rotate to different portfolios within nursing administration department, relief and other related duties. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
