Render a PERSAL Helpdesk support function and provide guidance and support to PERSAL Users with regard to the appropriate application of the system’s functionality. Assist with the management and administration of System Change Control (SCC) requests. Assist with the management and administration of PERSAL Access Security Control. Assist with the management and administration of Departmental and Central codes. Coordinate and administer the clearance of PERSAL Suspense File transactions. Assist with management and administration of Pay Sheet Control for Head Office. Assist with investigation and clearance of all PERSAL Audit Reports. Provide Persal training at institutions on a regular basis when required/requested. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence and willingness to travel to various districts, regions and institutions within the Department of Health. |

Remuneration:
|
R 257 508 - R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
