Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management (Asset Management)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Asset Management on LOGIS.
 
Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Maintain the master asset register to ensure all movements, additions and disposals are updated on the LOGIS asset register. Label and track assets. Perform asset verifications and monthly asset reconciliations including leases. Attend and partake in the disposal process of assets, assist with all related activities. Maintain an effective record keeping and filing system. Manage all assets by appointment of location managers. Provide support to the supervisor.

Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Proven experience of the LOGIS system. Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Good organisational and communication skills.
 
Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post.
 
Inherent requirement of the job
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 163 563 - R 192 666 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
