Experience:
Appropriate experience in salary or tax administration (PAYE).
 
Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Compile and process journals pertaining to IRP5 amendment requests received from Health PM Offices and capture IRP5 amendments on PERSAL. Compile the monthly reconciliation and payover to SARS. Rectify cases on PERSAL exception reports. Issue and distribute IRP5 certificates. Deal with tax queries and calculations as requested from Health PM Offices. Recalculation of tax.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Knowledge of PAYE Procedures. Knowledge of all relevant financial acts, regulations and instructions. Knowledge of the Basic Accounting System (BAS) and PERSAL systems. Knowledge of Asset and Liability suspense accounts.

Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 163 563 - R 192 666 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
