Ability to execute duties accurately and thoroughly. Sound knowledge of the procurement system. Sound knowledge of LOGIS. Computer literacy in Microsoft package (Word, Excel and Outlook). Effective communication (verbal or written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal and communication skills. |

Capture and process procurement transactions on LOGIS system. Provide administrative support to the Directorate. Provisioning and distribution of goods and services. Assist with the logistical aspects of training provided. Processing of petty cash. |
