Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to function as a team player, with or without supervision. Conversant with the Departments Procurement Prescripts. Ability to maintain a database as well as capturing data accurately. Excellent communication skills through written, face to face as well as telephonic communication. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

Update and manage the creation of ICN’s and Ledgers. Maintenance of LOGIS User Profiles - activating and de-activating system profiles. Provide LOGIS support function to the Departmental System Controller. Perform an effective Helpdesk service for LOGIS / IPS / SharePoint System. Reporting Departmental System performance - LOGIS / IPS / SharePoint to management. System Maintenance – LOGIS / SharePoint / IPS. Uploading of Contracts on LOGIS / SharePoint. Liaison for Departmental Procurement Systems users. Provide up to date user manuals. Ensure compliance with Departmental Systems – LOGIS / IPS / SharePoint. |

Remuneration:

R 163 563 - R 192 666 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
