Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel and Ms Outlook). In depth knowledge and experience of computerised stores and stores systems. Sound knowledge regarding all aspects of supply chain management. |

Report to the Assistant Director, stores. Responsible for supervision and control of Sub-ordinates. All administrative functions pertaining to stores staff, including disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution and personnel evaluation. Work organisation, budget and stock control, policy development and training. Ensure financial discipline and exercise control over stock. Overall security of stock complex. Attend regular meetings. Act as relief for the Assistant Director when required. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 242 475 - R 285 630 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
