Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform administrative role as a member of the information management team and participation in health information coordinating activities. Capture data on the systems. Support users on SharePoint and log calls for second line support. Local supervision of SharePoint, computer hardware, software issues and IT related queries. Assist with administrative duties in the systems development component.
 
Requirement
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Understand the DITCOM process and Information Technology. Knowledge and experience in SharePoint and Content Management. Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 163 563 - R192 666 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
