Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work shifts, night duty, public holidays, after-hours, and weekend cover for nursing. Must be prepared to assist in all departments according to operational needs. |

Assist patients with activities of daily living (physical care). To provide elementary clinical nursing care. Effective utilisation of physical and financial resources. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development. |

|
Good communication, planning and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written). Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team-context. Enhance patient care through the implementation of SOP’s, policies and guidelines. |

|
Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant. Grade 1: None. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant. |

Remuneration:
|
Grade 1: R 174,261 per annum, Grade 2: R 203,271 per annum, Grade 3: R 239,559 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
