Ability to operate and use required tools and equipment skilfully and safely. Ability to perform heavy physical labour. A valid (Code B) driver’s licence. |

Appropriate experience of maintenance and repairs of Carpentry components. |
|
|
Conversant with the requirements of the Machinery and Occupational Health and Safety Acts. |

Grade 10 or equivalent. |

|
Perform standby duties. Carry out minor maintenance and repairs of carpentry fixtures and components. Assist with repairs and emergency breakdowns (including after-hours repairs). Assist with the control and requisitioning of material and parts. Clean areas where work has been carried out. Ensure that all tools and materials are available before commencing any tasks. Assist the artisan Cadre in the execution of their respective duties. |

Remuneration:
|
R 183 279 - R 215 892 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
