Must have appropriate knowledge and experience in Hospital Operations. Knowledge of relevant patient administration software and systems. I.e. Clinical Business Intelligence, SharePoint, FBU Studio, HECTIS, ECM, ECCR, SINJANI Have a high level of computer literacy in MS Package. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have Problem solving and technical skills to deal with complex IM challenges. |

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a written/practical and oral assessment. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within the Chief Director: Metro Health Services, for a period of 3 months from date of advert. |

Providing user support and training to Hospital users on various health systems and applications. Ensuring Hospital statistics are monitored and maintained for all in-and-out patient activities. Supporting data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and quality data is collected for the various FBU’s. Performing monthly quality and folder audits. Providing support in maintaining IT hardware, technology and network infrastructure at the Hospital. Providing general administrative support and function as a effective team member of the Information Management Unit at the Hospital. |

Remuneration:

R 228 321- 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
