Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. Good computer (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and numeracy skills. Knowledge of Clinicom and Logis. Ability to maintain confidentiality. |

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a practical test. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within Worcester Regional Hospital for a period of 3 months from date of advert. |

Perform patient administration and financial duties: completion of patient documentation (Clinicom) and filing of documents in accordance with the filing system of the Department. Perform general administration duties, e.g. record keeping of all medical & nursing personnel activities, typing, telephone duties and photocopying. Managing and ordering of stock on LOGIS and assist with assets. Deliver an effective admin support service to all members of the multi-disciplinary team. |

Willingness to work overtime and relief in other departments as operational required. |

Remuneration:
|
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
