Administration Clerk: Support (Supply Chain Management)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Financial Management and Supply Chain Management.
 
Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Demand and acquisition – Capture RFQs. Assist with Advertisement bids. Respond to queries and complaints. Verify Tender Compliance, including various electronics databases (WCSEB, CSD CIDB, etc.). Adjudication of bids. Ensure that all transactions comply with legislative requirements.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Knowledge of SCM processes. Knowledge of Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPF). Knowledge of Broad Black Based Economic Empowerment (BBBEE). Knowledge of Construction Industry Development Board (CIBD).

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 216 417 per annum - R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
