Administration Clerk: Support (Quality Assurance) (5-month contract)

Experience:
Appropriate administrative support services experience. Appropriate experience within a Quality Assurance Department.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Clinicom, SINJANI, Ideal Clinic, LOGIS) and typing proficiency. Good planning, organisational, and data management skills.
 
Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Effectively provide office and administrative support services to Quality Assurance Department. Capture all required data and maintain relevant statistical data. Provide meeting secretarial support to relevant components. Assist with Complaint, Compliment, and Suggestion management. Assist with relevant surveys, audits and awareness campaigns.

Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
