Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management focusing on a Warehouse environment. |

Good planning and organisation skills. Sound knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, National and Provincial Treasury Instructions and the Accounting Officer System. Knowledge and practical experience of LOGIS system. Computer literacy (MS Excel and Word). Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to work in a team. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes. |

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. The pool of applicants will be considered for other similar vacant posts within the Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services, for a period of 3 months from date of advert. Candidates will be subjected to a written/practical and oral assessment. |

Perform Warehouse Management duties. Conduct stock-taking and ad-hoc inspections. Handle telephonic and written queries from suppliers and End Users. The receipt, packing, unpacking, storage, picking and issuing of stock to end users. Filing and general admin. Load and offload stock from vehicles. |

|
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items. |
|
|
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
