Administration Clerk: Support (Student Matters)

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Advanced academic administration of higher education and South African Nursing Council. Responsible for Academic Programme administration. Effective delivery of advanced clerical tasks. Responsible for all student matters administration and related. Effective control of assets and ordering of stock.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience of system support/assistance.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good numerical skills. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised. Ability to effectively handle conflict. Self-Motivated and the ability to monitor and improve own work performance.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Grade 12/Senior (or equivalent) Certificate.

Inherent requirements of the job:

Remuneration:
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
