Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements, may also apply. Such candidates will only be considered for appointment on condition that proof of application for registration to register with the relevant council and proof of payment of the prescribed registration fees to the relevant council are submitted on or before the day of the interview. This concession is only applicable on health professionals who apply for the first time for registration in a specific category with the relevant council (including individuals who must apply for change in registration status). The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within the Central Karoo District, for a period of 3 months from date of advert. Co-ordination of off-site dietetic services, collaborating with specialists, and leading nutrition education and health promotion campaigns. Support food service management, document patient care, complete administrative tasks, and actively participate in professional development. Assist the clinical manager in maintaining smooth clinic operations. Provide therapeutic nutrition treatment and counseling for various conditions such as CDL, HIV/AIDS, TB, malnutrition, and maternal-child health. Promote breastfeeding, ensure compliance with MBFI/IYCF protocols, and support micronutrient malnutrition control through outreach services and local clinics. | | |

Organizational competence is essential, as the role involves managing clinical, outreach, and administrative tasks, as well as training and mentoring junior colleagues. Adaptability and problem-solving skills are key to navigating resource-limited environments. Remuneration:

Grade 1: R 376,524 -R 430,512 per annum, Grade 2: R 439,755 -R 501,630 per annum, Grade 3: R 514,785 -R 623,229 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
