A valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.

Experience:
Appropriate experience in a managerial position in a NGO, private organisation or the state sector.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Appropriate three year National Diploma/ Degree in a health related or managerial field.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
General and operational management of a Community Health Centre. Strategic and operational planning, implementation of operational plans related to Package of services and monitoring and evaluation thereof. Responsible for external governance including collaboration with other sectors (Whole of Society Approach). Sound financial, Supply Chain Management, People Management and Facilities Management. Responsible for quality assurance and management. Health Strategy & Support in Information, Pharmacy and Laboratory.

Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Proven leadership abilities. Good interpersonal and people management skills. Knowledge of Public Sector legislation. Computer literacy. Health sector experience.

Remuneration:
R 849 702- R 1 000 908 per annum (A portion of the package can be structured according to the individual’s personal needs). A portion of the package can be structured according to the individual's personal needs.
