Inherent Requirements of the Job:
A valid code B/EB driver’s license. Willingness to travel.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office 365 package). Knowledge of WCEMS’ Operations, Communications and Licensing and Compliance Processes. Knowledge of business process analysis, mapping, modelling and automation of Systems to improve data flow processes. Compilation of reports for meetings and decision making - using various BI platforms (Power BI and Tableau).
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Information Management.
 
Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Design, implement and coordinate a well-established ICT functionality within the organisation (DITCOM, CITCOM, ITSR). Coordinate the Licencing & Compliance process according to the departmental prescripts. Develop, test and implement automated solutions for existing or new manual processes as part of the IM team. Creating of Dashboards and visualisations in aid of creating data awareness and information sharing. Submit timeous reports to management and staff on performance. Operate as part of the team through participation in innovations.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Senior certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent).

Remuneration:
R 308 154- R 362 994 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
