Administration Clerk: Wards

Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Administrative functions within the Ward. Duties regarding the availability of adequate stock (consumables) in the nursing unit. Data collection. Support to the supervisor.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in administration in a health-related environment.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good interpersonal and organisational skills, and computer literacy (MS Office). Procurement experience to facilitate and maintain adequate stock and equipment levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Inherent Requirements of the Job:
Willingness to relieve other Ward Clerks. Working knowledge of the Clinicom and LOGIS systems
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
