Appropriate experience in an administration environment. |
|
|
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel). Knowledge of complaints management, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills as well as good telephone etiquette, problem solving skills and conflict management. Trustworthiness and ability to handle all information with confidentiality, be able to do innovative thinking, work independently and under pressure. |
|
|
Helpdesk duties, (including welcoming of patients and visitors to the facility, handling of all enquiries, answering of telephones and referral of enquiries, assist with wayfinding). Human resources duties. Administrative duties, including drawing of inpatient lists - mid-day and midnight, administrative support to the supervisor, accurate recordkeeping, electronic filing systems. Identification and reporting of risks to supervisor. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (which include night duty, weekends and public holidays) and work overtime on short notice. |

Remuneration:
|
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
