Contract management – various types and forms of construction contracts, with a focus on NEC. |

Registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) with SACPCMP. |
|
|
Six years post qualification experience required. |
|
|
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to travel within the Western Cape, and occasionally, nationally. |

Remuneration:
|
Grade A: R 1 200 426 - R 1 371 489 per annum A portion of the package can be structured according to the individual's personal needs.
