Senior Administrative Officer: Finance (Supply Chain Management)

Minimum educational qualification:
Appropriate 3 year National (Diploma or Degree).
 
Experience:
Appropriate Supervisory Experience in Acquisition and Procurement, Asset Management, Stores, Contract Management (SCM), Expenditure Management, Assets and Liabilities (Finance), Transport and People Management.
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Code 8 driver’s licence (EB).
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Knowledge of the PFMA, as well as Treasury Directives and Legislation pertaining to Supply Chain Management, Transport and Finance. Knowledge and experience of LOGIS and BAS system. Knowledge and experience in SCM, Finance and Transport, Good communication skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Management of Supply Chain Functions, Finance Functions, and Transport Functions. Management of Stores. Financial Data Management. Human Resource Management. Supervision of Personnel. Reporting, SCM, Finance, Transport.

Remuneration:
R 376 413 per annum - R 443 403 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
