Appropriate experience in office management and administration in a health environment. |

General administrative duties e.g., Telephone messaging, minute taking, preparation of documentation, maintain diaries and appointments. Assist Facility Manager, Supervisor, and staff with People management matters e.g., Appointments, service terminations, transfers, pension administration, leave administration, housing, distribution of pay slips. Effective meeting management (minute taking and logistical arrangements) Maintain registers for statutory registrations (SANC, HPCSA). Presenting of information on request & distributing of documentation. Delivering of documents with due dates & managing of conference/boardrooms rooms. |

National Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within the Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services for a period of 3 months from date of advert. Candidates will be subjected to a practical/written and oral assessment. |

Practical computer literacy, especially in the Windows programmes (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) A pleasant and professional telephone manner & good human relations. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational skills. |

Remuneration:
|
R 216 417 per annum - R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
