Experience:
Appropriate experience in Recruitment and Selection.
 
Note:
Candidates may be subjected to a competency test. Shortlisted candidates may be subjected to a practical test.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy. Attention to detail, relationship building skills, multi-tasking, time management, critical and analytical thinking. Knowledge of Western Cape Government Recruitment and Selection policy.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Filing of documents and maintenance of various HR databases. Process and facilitate paid/unpaid job offers and contracts of employment. Support Selection Panel as HR Advisor. Hosting of fingerprints and sending documents to external service provider for verification.

Minimum educational qualification:

Remuneration:
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
